Support
We provide online or phone support to ensure compliance and business continuity. We also inspect and test equipment ready for commissioning raising electrical certificates 18th edition BS7671, as part of delivery sign-off.
Maintenance
Through our app we provide ad-hoc and planned maintenance through your chargers’ lifecycle. We work in conjunction with the charger’s manufacturer to reduce downtime throughout ownership.
Future Proofing and Upgrades
To enable us to future proof client’s hardware solutions we build the financial package with dedicated sets of planned upgrades during the life of the contract.
